2. Use of Information
The Website does not store customers' credit card details in any database. The credit card details entered at the time of purchase are sent directly to the clearing company, and the Website Operator is not exposed to their details.
The Website undertakes not to make any use of the details of its registered customers on the Website except in order to tailor a personalized browsing experience for them, to offer personalized marketing offers, as well as to analyze the information and draw business insights from it for the business, and to carry out any action required for the ongoing operation of the business.
The Website Operator undertakes that it will not make use of the details of registered users on the Website except for the purposes of operating the Website only and in order to enable a purchase to be made on the Website, as well as for the purpose of maintaining contact with the user and for the purpose of future marketing. The Website Operator will not sell the information to third parties.
The Website Operator may make use of cookies on users' computers and on mobile devices. This is a standard procedure used by all online stores.
The Website Operator attaches the utmost importance to the security of its customers' information. Any information received on the Website, whether provided by the customer or collected by a cookie while using the Website, is for the exclusive use of the Website for the purpose of documenting the customer's purchases as well as for future promotions (subject to the customer's consent to be included in the Website's mailing list).
Notwithstanding the above, the Website Operator may transfer a user's personal details to a third party in cases where the user carried out an act or omission that harms and/or is liable to harm the Website Operator and/or any third parties, where the user used the Website Operator's services to carry out an unlawful act, if the Website Operator receives a judicial order instructing it to provide the user's details to a third party, and in any dispute or legal proceeding.
3. Permissions for Mailing, Publications, and Advertisements
A visitor who left details on the Website and is added to the Website's mailing list approves the use of their details for the purpose of receiving marketing information, updates, and advertisements that the Website will carry out from time to time.
As part of various marketing campaigns carried out around the Website, the Website may encourage users to upload images and videos through social networks and to tag the Website's page. It is clarified that by participating in these campaigns and by tagging the Website's page, the user declares that they allow the Website Operator to use the uploaded content for any purpose and matter, including uploading it to the Website's media pages, on the Website itself, and the like, at the discretion of the Website Operator, as well as in paid advertising on the various media.
The mailing provisions detailed below will apply to a visitor who left details as stated.
You may not leave another person's details on the Website without their consent and/or without their presence in front of the screen at the time the details are left, and after all the conditions of the Terms have been explained to them.
When leaving details, the visitor will be asked to provide personal details such as first name, last name, phone number, and an active email address (at the sole discretion of the Website). Providing partial or incorrect details may prevent the ability to use the service and frustrate contact when needed. If details change, they must be updated on the Website.
It is clarified that there is no legal obligation to provide details on the Website, but without providing them it will not be possible to receive marketing content and updates from the Website.
The Website will not make use of the details provided except in accordance with the Website's privacy policy, which forms an integral part of the Terms.
Leaving details on the Website and approving the receipt of marketing content includes, among other things, receiving marketing content, information about promotions, updates, and discounts offered to registered users.
Such mailing approval (receipt of marketing content) constitutes the visitor's consent to the sending of advertising material under the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) (Amendment No. 40), 5768-2008 ("the Communications Law").
It is clarified that the person who left details can remove themselves at any time from the mailing by clicking "remove from mailing list" or any similar wording that appears at the bottom of each mailing sent, or by contacting the Website by email. As long as the registrant has not removed themselves from the mailing list, the Website may, subject to the Communications Law, send the registrant such direct mailing.
The Website may cancel a visitor's registration to the mailing list at its absolute discretion. Without derogating from the above, the Website may prevent a visitor from browsing and/or cancel registration to the mailing list, or block access to it, in any of the following cases:
- If incorrect details were deliberately provided when leaving details and/or making a purchase on the Website;
- If the Website was used to carry out, or attempt to carry out, an act that is unlawful under the laws of the State of Israel, or an act that appears on its face to be unlawful, or in order to enable, facilitate, assist, or encourage such an act;
- If the conditions of the Terms were breached;
- If a visitor carried out any action that would prevent others from continuing to use the Website in any way.
The information in the mailing is not to be regarded as a promise of any result and/or a warranty for the product and/or service offered in it.
The Website will not be liable for any damage (direct or indirect), loss, distress, or expenses caused to the person who left details and/or to any third parties as a result of use of or reliance on any content, information, data, presentation, advertisement, product, service, and the like appearing in the mailing. Any such reliance is made at the sole discretion and responsibility of the person who left the details.
The mailing as a whole, including all the information appearing in it, is offered as is, and will be as accurate and correct as possible. However, the information may be incomplete, or technical or other errors may have occurred in the information.
The visitor confirms that they will have no claim regarding advertising notices and/or advertisements displayed on the Website, including regarding their location on the Website. It is clarified that with respect to advertising notices displayed under the sponsorship of a third party, the Website has no involvement in the selection of the advertisements displayed.
4. Security Procedures
The Website Operator uses high security standards in order to protect, as far as possible, the confidentiality of the information and the privacy of its customers. The security procedures of the means of payment are carried out by the relevant clearing company.
The Website uses advanced software systems and strict security procedures with the aim of minimizing the risks of intrusion into its systems and minimizing unauthorized exposure to the databases it owns. However, we clarify that there is no perfect security solution and that it does not undertake absolute immunity of its systems from unauthorized access.
The Website is secured using the SSL protocol, meaning that all communication between the browser (on the customer's side) and the Website (that is, the web server that hosts the pages) is encrypted, so that the information transferred between the browser and the Website cannot be decrypted.
In cases that are beyond control and/or result from force majeure, the Website Operator will bear no liability for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the user and/or anyone on their behalf if information is lost or reaches a hostile party and/or is used without authorization.
The Website Operator makes an effort to provide the user with a proper, high-quality service. At the same time, the Website Operator does not undertake that the service on the Website will not be interrupted, will be provided in an orderly manner or without interruptions, will be carried out securely and without errors, and will be immune to unauthorized access to the Website Operator's computers, damages, malfunctions, faults, or failures, including faults in hardware, software, or the communication lines to the Website, whether at the Website Operator or at any of its suppliers.
The Website is secured in such a way that the user's credit details entered on the Website for the purpose of making a purchase are protected by encryption and remain confidential. The details are not stored at any stage on the computers or servers of the Website Operator. Because the user's actions on the Website are carried out in an online environment, the Website does not have the ability to guarantee absolute immunity against intrusions into its servers or the exposure of personal information by people who carry out unlawful actions. Therefore, the customer/user of the Website hereby waives any claim, suit, or demand against the Website Operator in connection with any damage related to this, including any use that may be made as a result of this of their personal information.
The information about you is stored in databases managed by the Website Operator and/or by a third party on its behalf, subject to the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. Sensitive information, such as passwords, is stored in the databases in encrypted form. The databases may be located outside the borders of the State of Israel. By using the Website, you agree to the transfer of the information about you and its storage outside the borders of Israel.
5. The Right to Review Information
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you are entitled to review the information about you held in the Website's databases. If you find that the information about you is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or out of date, you are entitled to contact the Website Operator with a request to correct the information about you or to delete it. If the information in the Website's databases is used for the purpose of personal contact with you, you are entitled to demand that this information be deleted.
Any inquiry you make to the Website Operator regarding reviewing the information about you and/or changing it will be made in writing according to the details appearing on the contact page on the Website. It is your responsibility to verify that your inquiry reached the Website Operator and is being handled by it. The Website Operator disclaims responsibility for inquiries that did not reach it and/or that reached it not in writing and/or that are not legible and clear.
If you believe that the Website harms the privacy of its users in general, or your privacy in particular, please contact the Website Operator in writing according to the details appearing on the contact page on the Website.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Website Operator reserves the right to update the privacy policy from time to time and without any prior notice. Changes to the privacy policy will take effect within 48 hours of the update. The Website Operator may, at its discretion, notify users of a change to the privacy policy. If material changes are made to the policy, notice of this will be published on the Website's home page 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Website constitutes consent to the updated version of the privacy policy. If you do not agree with the updated version, you must stop using the Website.
